Shanghai YHZK Distributed Cell Intelligent Manufacturing Facility's intelligent separation, purification, and fixed-volume system solution uses the principle of tangential flow filtration to efficiently and non-destructively harvest cells. It enhances cell recovery rate (>95%), reduces cell aggregation, and maintains cell viability by continuously flushing the membrane surface. It can be used in various processes such as cell washing, concentration, passaging, harvesting, and perfusion cultivation, in conjunction with disposable closed tubing, transfer bags, and membrane consumables (hollow fiber columns or membrane packs). It can also automatically complete downstream cell packaging and freezing.
